The black Lock-it side case carrier from Hepco&Becker is specifically designed for the BMW R 1200 GS (2004-2007). This side case carrier is made of German steel tubing and custom laser-cut parts, which are additionally reinforced at high-stress points. Mounting and dismounting the carriers is extremely easy and quick. To do so, you simply need to loosen the attached Lock-it screws by a quarter turn, and the side panels can be removed to the rear or to the side. For added theft protection, you can optionally use the Lock-it screws to secure the carrier against thieves. All cases are locked onto the carrier using a locking mechanism located on the case itself. The locking adapters for this purpose are typically included in the case's delivery. These locking adapters are screwed onto the carrier on the right and left sides and provide a fastening option for the case's locking mechanisms. This side case carrier features a sturdy construction and is MADE IN GERMANY. It is quickly detachable, leaving only inconspicuous small tabs on the motorcycle. The surface finish is of high quality, and installation is typically straightforward. Please refer to the provided installation manual and the vehicle-specific instructions to determine if any restrictions apply. The delivery includes right and left carrier sides, as well as the necessary mounting materials and an installation manual. This side case carrier is suitable for most Hepco&Becker hard shell side cases (please note model-specific instructions).
